Microaggressions in Research Space

In August 2022, Dr. Sonya Faber was joined in Germany by the leading North American diversity expert, Dr. Monnica Williams, for this riveting talk for the Max Planck Institute about how microaggressions impede the realization of diversity and equity goals in science. People of color, women, and immigrants are subject to different types of stereotypes, giving rise to different types of covert bias.
